Engaged as sole technical consultant to a London-based accounting and tax consultancy, providing engineering leadership across a team of 4 developers. Established cross-team collaboration standards, introduced structured bug documentation, and coached developers on AI-assisted development using Claude Code. Authored technical MVP documentation for new product initiatives and delivered a full client portal and multilingual marketing site end-to-end. Led a team of 4 senior engineers to take a SaaS smart signage platform from early prototype to global production, deployed at Goldman Sachs and London Stock Exchange. Owned the full engineering lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, coding standards, design reviews, and delivery. Collaborated with stakeholders to scope and prioritise a complex product roadmap. Led a squad of front-end developers and QA engineers within a 50+ person programme, delivering a high-traffic customer account management portal for the UK's largest telecommunications provider. Led a cross-functional team of 12 developers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers building internal tooling for the Nectar loyalty scheme. Architected data visualisation tools enabling the sales team to pitch and sell in-store advertising — processing billions of customer transaction records to surface actionable insights.
